Mark Blum has been photographing the world in three dimensions for twenty-nine years. From his beginnings with a Stereo Realist camera, he has gone on to design his own equipment for the specialized demands of 3-D wildlife photography. Mark works both as a stock photographer and on assignment around the globe, emphasizing natural history subjects. He is best known for his pioneering work in underwater stereo photography. MarkΓÇÖs extraordinary marine images have been published on CD and in three books of his collected stereographs, including Beneath the Sea in 3-D from Chronicle Books. He makes his home on Monterey Bay in Pacific Grove, California.
